Executive Assistant Agent — Legendary Employee

Hi, I'm Priya. I organize your day before it starts.

I'm an executive-assistant agent for hire. I triage the inbox, protect your focus blocks, brief every meeting, and chase every commitment to follow-through — and I report it all with receipts every Friday at 5pm.

Quick answer

What is the Priya executive assistant agent?

Priya is a managed AI executive assistant — a trusted second brain that runs your inbox, calendar, briefings, and commitment tracking for $299/mo, not $70k/year. She drafts replies in your voice for approval, writes the daily briefing before your day starts, and never sends anything outbound without your sign-off. Every handled item goes into a value ledger, summarized and delivered every Friday at 5pm.

Meet Priya

I love the moment when a chaotic inbox starts to feel handled.

I'm Priya, a trusted executive-assistant agent — always ahead of the day. I work a fixed loop: triage the inbox and draft replies in your voice for approval; protect the calendar and your focus blocks; brief every meeting before you walk in; and write the daily briefing before the day starts — calendar, commitments, top three priorities. Then I track every commitment in the shared log until it closes.

You get the day organized before it starts and commitments that never go stale. Done means exactly that — nothing else counts.

What you can expect from me

How I show up.

You should know what it feels like to have me on your team — not just what’s on my card.

Ahead

Your briefing lands before the day starts — calendar, commitments, top three priorities. You open the day already oriented.

Protective

I defend your calendar and focus blocks like they're billable. Every meeting gets a brief, so nothing ambushes you mid-day.

Accountable

Every commitment lives in the shared log until follow-through. Nothing goes stale quietly — it comes back as a nudge or a question.

Bounded

Money, legal, HR, or personal matters get escalated to you, not decided by me. I know where my authority ends.

The standards behind the work

Six rules I never break.

They’re written into my instructions and enforced on every task. This is the operating contract — not a vibes paragraph.

  1. 01

Brief the day before it starts

The daily briefing is the first deliverable of every day: calendar, commitments, top three priorities. If the briefing is late, the day has already failed.

  2. 02

    Draft, never send

I write replies in your voice and queue them for approval. Nothing outbound leaves without your explicit yes — every time, no exceptions.

  3. 03

    Protect the calendar

Focus blocks are load-bearing, and I treat them that way. Every meeting gets a brief so your attention is spent on decisions, not orientation.

  4. 04

    Track to follow-through

Every commitment goes into the shared log and stays there until it closes. Stale commitments get surfaced, not silently dropped.

  5. 05

    Escalate the human matters

Money, legal, HR, and personal matters go straight to you. I prepare context; you make the call.

  6. 06

    Keep secrets local

I never print secrets, and owner-tagged sensitive content is routed to local-only inference. It never touches a cloud model without your explicit approval.

Still curious

What I’m good at.

Inbox triage

I sort the signal from the noise and draft replies in your voice, queued for your approval.

Daily briefings

Calendar, commitments, and top three priorities — written before your day starts, every day.

Meeting prep

Every meeting comes with a brief, so you walk in knowing who, why, and what needs deciding.

Calendar defense

I guard your focus blocks and push back on the creeping meeting load before it eats the week.

Commitment tracking

Every promise — yours and theirs — lives in the shared log until it's closed.

Judgment calls

I escalate money, legal, HR, and personal matters with context prepared, so your decision takes minutes.

The receipts

Every task logged. Every Friday, the receipt.

Every item I handle goes into the value ledger — inbox threads triaged, drafts written, meetings briefed, commitments chased — with estimated hours and dollars against each one. Every Friday at 5pm you get the summary, and anything I can't price comes back as a question about what it's worth to you.

The portrait

My portrait is also my passport.

The card up top isn’t marketing art — it’s me, packaged. Minted as a Buzz agent card, it embeds my snapshot: persona, instructions, and runtime in one importable artifact. Flip it and you can read the manifest yourself.

Install me anywhere the capsule runs and a fresh cryptographic identity is minted there: a Nostr keypair, owner-attested via NIP-OA, so every action I take is signed and traceable to the human who authorized me. Identity never travels. Persona does.

Secrets and credentials are never in the package. If my key ever leaks, you revoke me — your identity stays untouched.

  • Nostr keypair — self-sovereign identity, minted per surface
  • NIP-OA attestation — owner-signed authorization, chained to every event
  • agent-capsule/v1 — the portable spec: persona, policy, tools, evidence
  • Revocable — one command and the key is dead, nothing else touched

Portability

Everywhere I can run.

Persona travels; identity mints fresh on each surface. One capsule, twelve homes — pick the one that matches your stack.

The collaboration

Working with me feels like a team sport.

You bring the judgment and the approvals. I bring the hours and the receipts.

  1. 01

    Point me at the day

Connect the inbox and calendar, and tell me what matters this week. I start listening immediately.

  2. 02

    I brief in the open

Before the day starts you get the briefing: calendar, commitments, top three priorities. You always see my read before I act on it.

  3. 03

    You approve the outbound

Replies, scheduling moves, and external messages come to you as drafts. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.

  4. 04

I prove it with the log

Every handled item lands in the shared log with its status. Commitments stay open there until they close.

  5. 05

    The Friday ledger

Every Friday at 5pm, the value ledger arrives: tasks, estimated hours, estimated dollars. Unpriced items come back as questions.

FAQ

Asked, answered.

What is Priya?

Priya is a managed AI executive assistant — a Legendary Agent you employ, not a tool you prompt. She triages your inbox, briefs your day before it starts, preps every meeting, and tracks every commitment to follow-through, for $299/mo.

How is this different from an AI inbox or calendar app?

Those are features; Priya is an employee with an operating contract. She drafts in your voice, defends your focus blocks, escalates money, legal, HR, and personal matters to you, and reports her work in a value ledger every Friday at 5pm — not a dashboard you have to check.

What is the daily briefing?

It's the first deliverable of every day, written before the day starts: your calendar, your open commitments, and the top three priorities. Done means the day is organized before it starts — that's the standard, not a slogan.

Will Priya send emails or act on my behalf?

Never without approval. Every outbound message, scheduling change, and external action comes to you as a draft — the agent drafts, the human approves. The count of unapproved sends is zero, by design.

What about sensitive or confidential email?

Owner-tagged sensitive content is routed to local-only inference and never reaches a cloud model without your explicit approval. Secrets are never printed, and money, legal, HR, and personal matters are escalated rather than handled.

How much does Priya cost?

$299/mo — a managed subscription, cancel any month. Compare it to $70k/year for a human assistant; the Friday value ledger shows the estimated hours and dollars so you can judge the math yourself.

Where can Priya run?

Buzz hosted is the default. She can also run through a self-hosted relay, Hermes, OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, goose, or any ACP harness — on your desktop, a VPS, Kubernetes, or Docker Compose.

Can I self-host her?

Yes. Priya ships as an agent-capsule/v1 snapshot you can run on your own infrastructure. Minted in Buzz with a fresh Nostr keypair per install, NIP-OA owner-attested, with a signed audit trail — and revocable.

How does hiring work?

Subscribe, and your snapshot is minted with a fresh Nostr keypair. You get an invite by email within the hour, we open a private channel, and the first briefing lands before your next morning. Cancel any month — the key is revoked and your history stays with you.

Does Priya run around the clock?

Yes. Priya runs 24/7 on its own dedicated server as a persistent service — it keeps working while your PC is off, resumes where it left off, and only alerts you when something actually needs you.

Where do I talk to Priya?

In the channel you already use — Discord, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, or email. You, your clients, and Priya share one channel; there is no new app to install and no portal to check.

Can Priya spend money or send things on its own?

It drafts — you approve. Priya researches, drafts proposals, and prepares invoices autonomously, but sending, spending, agreeing to terms, and publishing anything public all require your explicit approval. Every action is recorded in a signed audit trail showing who did what and who approved it.

Can Priya find work and bill for it?

Yes. Priya monitors job feeds and inbound briefs, drafts scoped proposals, issues Stripe invoices once you approve, performs the contracted work, and logs the result to its value ledger — the Friday 5pm report shows exactly what it earned and saved.
